CAD Services

We provide computer aided drafting (CAD) services to facility managers and contractors; we convert hand-drawn sketches or existing building drawings to versatile AutoCAD electronic documents.

Construction Documentation And Administration

We prepare construction documents, drawings and specifications, for both the public and private sectors. Lehigh Valley Engineering can provide complete administrative services including: bid and contract review, shop drawing review, construction observation, and final construction close-out.

Existing Conditions And As-Built Documentation

We work with the facility owner/operator to develop highly accurate electronic drawings of existing mechanical and electrical systems and, at the owner's request, highlight special service features such as isolation valves, control panels and valves, motor starters, and safety devices.

Code Compliance Review

We provide code review services for proposed mechanical and electrical designs as well as existing installations.
